Each card keeps the company, role, location, link to the posting, salary, your contact there, notes, tags, a priority and your next step. Filter by keyword or priority, and sort the way you work.

Start a card from a job link: paste the posting's address and we fill in the company, role, location and salary wherever the posting says them. Some sites (LinkedIn, Indeed) don't let us read their postings; then you type the rest.

Never miss a follow-up

An open application is due a follow-up 14 days after you applied, last heard from them or had an interview. Cards turn amber when one is due soon and red when it's overdue.

Next steps, one click from your board, lists what's overdue, what's due today and what's coming up this week: follow-ups and your own next actions. Followed up, Done and Later take one click each, and every one can be undone.

Interviews, dated

Mark each interview stage as it happens: phone screen, technical, onsite, panel, final round, or your own. Every stage gets its date, so you can see how far each application went and count your interviews week by week.

Weekly goals and milestones

Set how many applications, follow-ups and other activities you aim for each week, and watch the rings fill. Milestones mark the effort along the way: your first application, 25, 50, 100, your first follow-up, weeks on target.

Your numbers, honestly

How many applications you've sent, your response rate (how many reached an interview) and how many days a reply takes on average. "Ghosted" counts what you marked ghosted plus applications with no word in 30 days.

Works offline, on all your devices

Your board lives in your browser and syncs to your account when you're online, so it's the same on your laptop and your phone. Download a backup of everything whenever you like, and bring back a card you deleted by mistake.

No password to remember

Type your email address and we send you a link, or continue with Google. That's the whole sign-in.

Jobs suggested by your coach

When your coach or recruiter adds a job for you, it lands in Prospects with why they picked it, and you're told the next time you open your board.

Your state's rules, built in

Pick your state and the log uses its benefit week and weekly number, with a short note on its rules and a link to the state's own page. It knows California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. For any other state, set the day your week starts and how many activities you need.

Counted for you, printable by week

Applications, follow-ups and interviews count by themselves. Add what isn't a card, like a job fair, a workshop, networking or a résumé update. See this week and last against your number, and print or save a record grouped by benefit week, with the employer, the contact, how and the result for each one.

Your search, as a picture

One tap turns your board into a chart to post or send: how many applications, how many turned into interviews, how many got rejected and how many companies ghosted you. Square or tall for stories, light or dark. Counts only, never a company or your name, made in your browser and sent only where you send it.

The job seeker demo opens the tracker with a sample job search already in it: every column, follow-ups due, interviews, the Log and the picture to share. The coach demo shows the coach page with three made-up clients. No account, and nothing is saved once you close the tab.

Invited, never imposed

A job seeker clicks Invite and chooses what you can do: view their board, or edit it to add jobs for them. They can take your access back whenever they like.

Every client on one page

The coach page shows everyone who shares with you: who's applying, who's stalled, follow-ups due and next steps for the next two weeks, interviews and other activities, and a chart of each client's activity by week or day.

Suggest a job

On a board you can edit, add a job in a few fields (company, role, link, contact, why you picked it), or paste its link and fill most of them in, and it goes straight into your client's Prospects with your note.

Cover your clients

Buy board time in a block and give days to the clients you choose. When you pay for a board, your client rides free, and you can take back days they don't use.

Free to try, never a subscription

Every feature works on a free board, for your first 30 cards. After that, a pass you buy once lifts the limit for a month or three: no auto-renew, no card on file, no trial that turns into a bill. When a pass runs out, nothing is deleted or locked; adding new cards just waits.

Unused days of a pass can be refunded within 14 days of buying it.

Your data stays yours

Your board is kept on our server so it syncs between your devices and reaches the people you share it with. Only you and the people you choose can see it. We don't sell it or use it for ads, there are no tracking cookies, and our admin tools never show what's on a card. Download all of it whenever you like, and delete your account yourself from Account, any time: your board goes with it, and it's gone from our backups within 14 days. The privacy policy says exactly what we keep and why.
